If you’ve ever been hospitalized you know the way in which care is delivered makes a BIG difference in your recovery. CHLA knows that too.
Committed to leading the way to improved health care for children in our community and around the world, CHLA has launched the Institute for Nursing and Interprofessional Research (INIR). Teams of nurses, Child Life Specialists, rehabilitation specialists, social workers, dieticians, pharmacists and more will work together to conduct research on current care practices to provide better treatments, outcomes and ultimately save more lives. That’s why I accepted the challenge of fundraising for Walk L.A. and raising at least $5,000 for the INIR at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
Help me make a difference to the kids and families! Any amount, great or small, helps. I appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress.
